Acceptance of Terms
By accessing ansdigital.co, start.ansdigital.co, signing a proposal, or using any ansDigital service, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Scope of Services
ansDigital provides video production and content creation, social-media management, website design and development, digital advertising, and both on-site and off-site SEO as described in the written proposal or order form you sign.

Client Responsibilities
You must supply timely access to brand assets, personnel, locations, approvals, and any materials necessary for us to deliver the Services, and you warrant that all content you provide does not infringe third-party rights. You should also retain backup copies of all materials supplied.

Fees and Payments
All fees are due as outlined in your proposal or invoice and, unless otherwise required by law, are non-refundable. Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of Services.

Intellectual Property
ansDigital retains ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property, templates, code, and processes. Upon full payment, you receive a worldwide, royalty-free license to use the final deliverables for your own business purposes. You also grant ansDigital a non-exclusive right to display the deliverables in our portfolio, social channels, and other marketing materials unless you opt out in writing.

Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other’s confidential information in strict confidence and to use it solely for fulfilling the parties’ obligations under these Terms.

Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days’ written notice. You remain responsible for fees for work completed up to the effective termination date. Provisions addressing intellectual property, confidentiality, warranties, liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ansDigital does not guarantee specific marketing outcomes.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ansDigital’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid during the one-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold ansDigital harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable laws.

​

Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old—or 13 with verifiable parental consent—to use the Sites or engage our Services.

​

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Modifications
ansDigital may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after we post revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
